Static Pressure Fire Hydrant Gauges Shows pressure in the main or hydrant. Easily installed by removing the hydrant cap and screwing on the pressure gauge assembly. Rocker lugs afford an easy grip with a spanner wrench. Gauge instantly shows the static pressure in the hydrant when it is turned on. Used to measure static pressures. 2-1/2" or 1-1/2" Female hose thread brass cap, with Liqud Filled gauge. Gauges supplied are quality Liquid Filled Gauges but do not come from any manufacturer with individual certification. Certification insures accuracy and is necessary for certain types of testing. Certification is normally done on an annual basis. Certified Pressure gauge calibration is a process of comparing a gauge in at least 5 test points over the span to a known certified and traceable pressure measuring device. We can test and certify gauges with a calibration sticker and a N.I.S.T. (National Institute of Standards and Technology) calibration document for an additional charge of $49.50 each Gauge.
